The dance journeys are journeys of exploration into your own being: the time quality “light” makes our dark spaces more and more visible. Training our mind, keeping the spaces open in order to understand being human more and more deeply, becoming more and more of an observer of our humanity, expanding our consciousness - that's what it's all about.
